For every homeowner you refer who chooses GRIT Roofing for a full roof replacement on their home or business:
- We will send you $200 as a sincere thank you.
- Your payment is guaranteed, regardless of whether the customer pays with cash, credit, or financing.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make!
Getting Started: Submitting a Referral
To qualify for your $200 payment, follow these simple steps:
- Contact Your GRIT Roofing Estimator to submit the referral.
- Provide the referral’s name, address, and phone number.
- Your estimator will confirm your mailing address to ensure prompt delivery of your reward.

GRIT Roofing is committed to providing transparent and ethical service in full compliance with all state laws.
Important Note on Florida Law:
- Under Florida Statute 817.234, contractors are prohibited from knowingly paying, waiving, or rebating any portion of a property insurance deductible. Violations of this law are a serious felony.
- Therefore, we do not offer discounts, apply coupons, or waive insurance deductibles under any circumstances. The $200 you receive is a reward for your successful referral, separate from the project cost.
Tax Information:
- Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. If your total rewards from GRIT Roofing reach $600 or more in a calendar year, federal law requires us to collect a completed IRS Form W-9 and issue you a Form 1099-NEC. Recipients are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
